The award winning actor Sean Penn will not film two movies, “The Three Stoogies” and “Cartel.” According to ETOnline.com, Sean Penn’s rep confirmed this which came after when Sean Penn withdrew the separation paper that he filed with regards to his marriage with Robin Wright Penn.
