The current case faced by the CSIs on CSI Miami Season 8 Episode 14 – In the Wind is the case of a death row prisoner. Erik Delko is back and under the prosecution department where he helps to try to prove the guilty or non-guilty status of the prisoner.
Of course, the new episode opens a lot of stories to come like the possible future case about Jesse Cardosa.

Watch this episode of CSI: Miami entitled “Die By The Sword” as it features Natalia injuries (which might be the cause of the previous episodes blast where she got shocked and almost lost her hearing) jeopardizing herself and Ryan Wolfe. On the other hand, a case of a man chopped in half (as the title is trying to say ) amazed and the new challenge the CSIs will face.
