The 25th Southeast Asian Games (SEAG) is scheduled to be held in Vientiane, Laos, in December 9 to 18, 2009. It is the first time of Laos to ever held a Southeast Asian Games. Participating SEAG countries are Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
