It was announced that the 3rd season of the HBO TV series that is based on the Southern Vampire Mysteries novel – True Blood – will be airing starting on Saturday, June 13, 2010 in US & Canada. True Blood Season 3 episodes will be based on “Club Dead” – the 3rd Southern Vampire Mysteries novel.

The vampire series stars Anna Paquin playing as Sookie Stackhouse, Stephen Moyer as Bill Compton, Ryan Kwanten as Jason Stackhouse, Sam Trammell as Sam Merlotte, and as Alexander Skarsgård Eric Northman.

Well vampires are really in this age of modern world in TV and movies. Its shows on how movie goers and TV fanatics patronized films and series like True Blood and the Twilight series which the 3rd film will be showing this June too – the Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Of course True Blood is much darker, sexier and meaner than Twilight but got the enough “soft tone” that lures a millions of hearts around the world.
