On August 22 9:45 PM ET, the former lightweight world champion Juan “Baby Bull” Diaz will be fighting against another former 140 pound world title holder Paulie “Magic Man” Malignaggi on the special boxing event of HBO: BAD (Boxing After Dark). Its a back to back boxing ring action that includes the challenge of Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero for a world title in a second weight class against IBF Junior Lightweight World Champion Malcolm Klassen. The Houston Texas hometown hero, Diaz has a 34-2 and 17 KOs record while the Magic Man Malignaggi of Brooklyn New York has a 26-2 with 5 KOs.

On the other hand, Guerrero has 22-1-1 & 15 KOs while his opponent Klassen has a 24-2-4 record with 15 KO wins also. Both of the bouts, which are all by Golden Boy Promotions, with Diaz vs. Malignaggi being presented in association with DiBella Entertainment, and Guerrero vs. Klassen being presented in association with Branco Sports Productions, will air on HBO Boxing After Dark beginning at 9:45 pm ET/PT (8:45 pm CT).
